Our Croissant
Our croissant is the foundation of our bakery, the recipe that we first set out to perfect and that we’ve built our reputation on. Naturally we start with the finest ingredients. We then add time, care and the meticulous skill of our bakers to help deliver the best croissant possible each day.
Our Signatures
Take a classic, give it a twist and make it our own. That is precisely what we wanted to do with the Brioche Feuilletée. Tall towers of indulgent, layered brioche filled with our favourite flavour combinations.
We launched our version of the traditional kouign-amann right at the time when they were featured as a technical challenge on the Great British Bake Off 2014 – and no one on the show knew what they were! Now these delicious caramelised sweet-buttery treats are firm favourites and we always have a few different flavours to try.
The Croissant Loaf - nicknamed the Croaf® - is another in-house creation. Pull it apart to nibble on, like sharing a giant croissant with friends, or slice it for the most luxurious pain perdu. Also available in chocolate and almond-cinnamon varieties.

Baguette de Tradition Française
Our classic traditional white baguette is made using only the finest quality Label Rouge flour imported directly from France. Our long fermentation process ensures that the dough develops a distinctive creaminess in flavour together with a soft, open texture and beautiful crust.
Our white sourdough loaf has been developed to offer all the benefits of a traditional sourdough yet possess a clean and subtle flavour that won’t over-power whatever is paired with it.
Using a mix of malted barley flour combined with wheat flakes, this darker sourdough is great with cheese.
