Our focus over the last few months has been to develop a high quality & exciting evening bistro menu and we are now looking for an exceptional & creative Chef-de-Partie to assist our lead Chef to launch this new offer.
As we are a small team we need individuals who can be flexible and move across all stations.
This is a full-time role so we will be running split shifts across 5 days with a maximum of 45 hours a week. We are open from Wednesday through to Sunday so we can guarantee a minimum of two consecutive days off a week.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen is required & the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills:
A genuine passion for food & quality ingredients
Attention to detail
Maintains consistently high standards
Keeps calm & focused during busy periods
Is able to deliver to tight deadlines
An ability to prioritise workload to ensure productivity is best utilised
Self motivated and can work on own initiative as well as within a small team

Reliable & punctual
Experience in bistro or casual high-quality dining environments would be an advantage.

Weekend Barista / FOH Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Part-time Barista/FOH Assistant who is passionate about speciality coffee, to work and grow with us as we expand our operation. Shifts will be Saturday and Sunday. Hours will be 08.30 - 17.00 each day.
The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering the highest standards in coffee service at a fast pace whilst retaining a friendly working environment.
Speciality barista skills are essential.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a professional restaurant or café is preferred & the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills:
Excellent demonstrable working knowledge of speciality coffee & equipment - eg. La Marzocco
Friendly with great interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Maintains consistently high standards
Works well under pressure
Self motivated and can work on own initiative as well as within a small team
Well organised with a calm approach
To be respectful to all members of the team and respond positively to demands from customers, colleagues & management

Part Time Waiter / Waitress
Our focus over the last few months has been to develop a high quality & exciting evening bistro menu and we are now looking for exceptional Waiters/Waitresses to help us launch this new offer. Shifts will be Fridays and Saturdays. Hours will be 17.30 - 22.30.
Candidates must be:
Experienced working in hospitality
Enthusiastic & passionate about delivering excellent customer service at all times
Genuinely interested in our menu & passionate about food and drink
Able to work efficiently in busy, fast-paced shifts whilst maintaining excellent quality and service standards
Well-presented, adaptable and a good team player
Responsibilities:
Work as part of the Front Of House team to offer the best warm & inviting experience to all customers
Be able to serve drinks & deliver orders to the highest expected quality
Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
Support management with any and all necessary tasks
Ensure compliance with food safety & health and safety regulations
